I'm a 22 and got size 3 (it was the only size left) it's roomy but with a chunky belt it it gives a more flared look. I love it. It's flattering without being too tight or showy, the material is soft but not too thin or flimsy.

At least three random women stopped me to ask where I got it, and tell me how gorgeous I looked in it. The red on the roses really pops a lot more than it does in the picture, it's absolutely beautiful! I wish I could have gotten this in all the other colors that they offer. The adjustable straps really help, I got it in a four, even though I wear a three in tops, and I'm glad I did because it was incredibly comfortable! The lining is amazing it's super soft and it has POCKETS! I am 5ft 8 in and it hits just below my knees, which is perfect for what I wanted! Overall would absolutely recommend this to any and everyone who likes your dresses!
